These terms describe the use of EstimateMoveCost.com and its moving planning tools.
Informational estimates
Our calculators provide approximate planning ranges, not binding quotes or offers to perform a move. Results depend on the information entered and modeled assumptions. Actual rates, inventory, access and availability may differ. Confirm all costs and service details with the mover before booking.
Moving companies and advertisements
You choose whether to contact or hire a featured or sponsored company. This website does not complete a moving contract or collect moving payments. Paid placements are disclosed and do not affect calculations. Confirm each provider’s qualifications, insurance, service area and written terms.
Using the website
Provide accurate information, use forms for relevant inquiries, and do not submit unlawful content, spam or attempts to disrupt the service. Do not include sensitive payment details in website forms.
Partnership inquiries
Submitting a sponsorship inquiry does not create a listing, guarantee leads, reserve a market or establish payment terms. Any advertising arrangement requires separate agreement.
Availability and limitations
The tools may change or become unavailable. We do not promise that results will match an individual mover’s pricing or that a listed mover will be available. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
